A health mental care strategy for music student

The present paper is an experience report on the Therapeutic Cycle Masani, a therapeutic group proposed by Brazilian Association of Ethnomusicology (ABET) and Estrela Preta Institute (IEP). The Therapeutic Cycle Masani is a group that offers a mental health space for undergraduate and graduate students in Music, as well as Music teachers involved in projects. Utilizing references from group process and music therapy, the psychologists ware able to identify that the group provides a fertile ground for the mental health care of music students and teachers.
